1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments
Cancellation:
Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: info@serenenaturehotel.com or CALL directly to +8424353921777 , otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
Customer must notify Serene Nature Hotel & Spa if you plan change before 03 days you check in.
Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Serene Nature Hotel & Spa will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

Early Check in policy:
- Check in from 08:00 AM or earlier: We will keep the room for you in advance 01 day by that, the surcharge is 100%.
- Check in from 08:00 – 11:00 AM. We apply for surcharge 50% as one day room rate (This option depend on the availability on the date check in)
- Check in from 11:00 onward, we will consider to apply with free of charge. (This option depend on the availability on the date check in)
- Check in as policy: After 14:00.
